Steve Richman, Senior Pastor

​After having served as Associate Pastor at Hillcrest since 2019, in October 2022 Steve Richman became the sixth Pastor of Hillcrest. Steve received his Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Arts from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Greenville, South Carolina. While in seminary he interned with Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Before seminary Steve attended Kent State University and received a diploma from the Institute for Teen Evangelism. He served as the Executive Director of Teen World Ministries for 18 years and also served as a Deacon and Ruling Elder at his home church in East Liverpool, Ohio. Steve and his wife Rachel (a Grove City College graduate) live in New Castle with their daughter Martha Mae and son Emmett.

Pastor Nathan Morgan, wife Sarah

Nathan Morgan, Associate Pastor

Nathan Morgan was installed as the Associate Pastor of Hillcrest in January 2024. Nathan and his wife Sarah moved here from Sierra Vista, AZ where Nathan served as Assistant and then Associate Pastor since 2020.  Nathan received his Bachelor of Arts from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA. He received his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from Westminster Theological Seminary in Glenside, PA. Nathan and Sarah live in New Castle.
